Make a concert a benefit.
Your building fund, youth group, a children's home, or local domestic
violence center ... or whatever the need might be in your community. As
willing as people and organizations are to be a part of a Christian
outreach effort, they are usually even more inclined to support a good
cause. Give them a cause to 'get behind' and you'll be surprised at the
seemingly staunch sponsors you can involve.
